Waurn Ponds Pantry is a provincial style cafe & caterer with a range of event spaces available on Deakin’s Waurn Ponds campus.
The Pantry team are conference and event specialists, and can assist you with any event enquiry, from a drop-off morning tea to a multi-day conference, a cocktail party or banquet dinner.

Event Spaces
Waurn Ponds Pantry has two spacious and adaptable adjoining venues, Union Green Kitchen and Union Green Hall, in addition to a large variety of venues within Deakin Geelong’s Waurn Ponds campus to accommodate conferences and events of any size. Let us find one for you.
Union Green Kitchen
Newly refurbished Union Green Kitchen is a cafe by day and an event space after hours, suitable for banquets, cocktail functions and more, with access out onto the Green.

Lecture Theatres
The Waurn Ponds Campus offers multiple lecture theatres of varying sizes. Each equipped with modern technology, they’re suitable for a range of conferences and seminars.
