The sister venue to Waurn Ponds Estate, the team can also assist you with multi-venue corporate events and accommodation packages.
Waterfront Pantry is the ideal space to hold your next corporate event. Whether it be a cocktail party with drinks and canapes on the terrace, or a large sit-down banquet, the team can assist you with any request in our variety of event spaces.
The Pantry can host up to 300 for cocktail functions and 180 guests for banquets.

One of our venues is Costa Hall, Geelong’s largest performing arts centre. Close to the Pantry, it has capacity for up to 1,400 delegates and break out rooms. We offer a range of corporate catering packages to suit every need.

Our sister venue, Waurn Ponds Estate is a boutique conference centre and hotel nestled amongst expansive grounds.
The Estate consists of 60 contemporary accommodation rooms, eight technology-rich conference spaces and extensive breakout areas, making it the ultimate venue for residential conferences, retreats and business events.
The estate also features a restaurant, outdoor pool, gymnasium, tennis courts and walking track, for a true escape from distractions.
